Get ready to step into the festive spirit at the Ashford Wide Christmas Market! Join us on Wednesday, 2nd December 2026 at 5pm - 8pm, for an evening full of holiday cheer, local stalls, delicious treats, and joyful entertainment.

- 50+ market stalls with gifts, crafts and seasonal food & drink
- Live music and entertainment throughout the evening
- Mulled wine, hot chocolate and festive food
- A visit from Santa Claus and a free Santa’s grotto
- Beautifully lit streets and a warm, festive atmosphere
Getting There
The Christmas Market takes place on Church Road, Ashford, TW15. Ashford town centre is easily accessible by train, bus, and on foot from the town’s car parks.

Please be aware certain roads and parking spaces will be unavavile to vehicle traffic on the day of the event.

What you need to know about having a stall at the Ashford Wide Christmas Market:
- You will need to share your in-date Public Liabilty Insurance (PLI) certificate
- Certain vendors may be asked to supply equipment safety certificates, risk assessments, and Food Standards hygiene rating, along with other information
- A safe and secure gazebo or set-up
- A list of products, services offered, or images/dimensions of your set-up (food and alcohol vendors)
- A TENs license will be in place for the event for those serving or selling alcohol
- We cannot accept MLMs or certain services and retain the right to refuse any seller
The estimated plot fees follow which vary for stall type, these fees are only estimated and may change when you come to book:
- Standard plot £50
- Cold food and cafe £75
- Small alcohol vendor £75
- Bar £150
- Desserts £125
- Hot Food £150
- To hire a commercial grade gazebo in addition is £60
- Hot food vendors can access electricity for and additional £10
We cannot guartantee that your stall will be the only one of its kind or that other people won’t be selling the same things as you, but we try to limit the numbers of stalls of the same type and spread stalls out.
